Quinoa Tabbouleh

  • Minsley Cooked Quinoa
  • Tomato
  • Cucumber
  • Scallions
  • Mint, Parsley, and Dill
  • Dressing - Olive oil, Lemon juice, Salt & Pepper
  1. Chop tomatoes, cucumbers, and scallions. Mix together the dressing ingredients and finely-chopped herbs.
  2. Combine the dressing and vegetables with Minsley Cooked Quinoa, mix well, and serve.
